Please find below all the information you need should you wish to return or exchange an item.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but we understand that sometimes you change your mind. 

If your order has reached you and is in some way damaged or defective please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you to resolve the issue.

Items can be returned within seven days of receipt (UK)

From outside the UK we can accept returns up to twenty eight days from receipt.

Please note for reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings.

Please note we cannot reimburse the cost of the original postage nor the return postage unless an item is faulty. When returning goods please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to return items for refund.
